PacerMonitor, LLC, Oklahoma AG, Implicated In Obstruction Of Justice

On Friday, November 22, 2019, Pamela Smith filed a motion in the United States District Court of Oklahoma, Northern District, requesting a federal judge to order a United Stated Department of Justice investigation into evidence implicating the Oklahoma Attorney General and PacerMonitor, LLC, located at 19 West 34th Street, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10001, with Obstruction of Justice.

Pamela Smith is a paying customer of PacerMonitor, LLC, using the companies signature product PacerMonitor to keep track of court cases she is litigating with the state of Oklahoma in federal courts.

On November 21, 2019, Smith’s information systems resources determined PacerMonitor, LLC internal resources used the PacerMonitor application to block Smith’s access to a key piece of evidence relative to her appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado.

The evidence Smith was denied access too, a certificate of service filed by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office with the United States District Court of Oklahoma for the Western District on July 22, 2019. The certificate of service purports to have been signed on June 21, 2019, however the docket entry portable document format file the PacerMonitor application blocked Smith’s access too, confirms the certificate of service was signed on July 22, 2019 by Mr. Jon Williford in the AG’s Office.

Investigative Reporter Janna Clark with Fox 23 News broke the initial story pointing out that the certificate of service had a date before U.S. District Judge DeGuisti’s June 24, 2019 Order. The discoveries, highlights the depth and reach of the corruption involving the Office of the Oklahoma General and should serve as a warning to anyone doing and/or considering patronizing PacerMonitor, LLC, a Covenant Review company.

Pamela Smith once again calls on the Oklahoma Governor to uphold the United States Constitution and the laws of Oklahoma. Laws continue to be broken, Governor Stitt….its time for you to act!
